Taking Advantage of Location Opportunities

In support of the launch of the 2019 Ram 1500, a campaign anthem spot was set to shoot in Northern California. The client noticed that there wasn't any stills support scheduled and put the call in to our team to provide on-location direction for a shadow-shoot ...within about two days.

This was a bright move on behalf of the client and a chance to capture the new models in the epic and expansive ranch, bridge, coastal-cliff & winding-wooded-trail locations.

After three blazing-fast days, we had a wealth of photography ready for cross-agency use across all media types.

The Shoot

After delivering a quick tech brief about framing for usage across digital, social, print & site with photographer Ryan 'Spidey' Smith, we were scouting our shots. Things had to move quick and we worked within the limitations of natural light. Through open communication and collaboration, we kept a constant eye on opportunities to elevate the premium tone of the new vehicles, while still featuring the strength & capability of the Ram 1500.

Brand & Paid Social

Due to the diverse locations and the techniques used to capture 'wide' assets, the photography was easily adaptable to the various social needs.

Display & Site

The assets were ready for the varied sizes within digital advertising and site. Pre-planning for adaptability allowed for the delivery of assets that wouldn't require environmental build-out before use.
